Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service nationwide. You can pay the rider in cash when the package is delivered to your doorstep.

• Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to avoid any inconvenience.

• Parcels cannot be opened before payment is made to the courier rider.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped via PostEx, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment.
